Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. macOS, Linux and mobile are not supported — the KakaoTalk side depends on the Windows accessibility layer, and the same reliability is not achievable elsewhere.
First run shows "unknown publisher"
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen steps in. Click "More info" then "Run anyway". That is a certificate matter, not a sign that anything is wrong with the file.
